Some FFL will eventually start selling HC since the ban was found unconstitutional.
That will start other FFL to do the same. The state will not do anything.
It will be up to the first FFL to make the step based on the ruling.
Which one ? Not the national known names like Bass Pro or Sportsman.
Might be a small LGS on brink on closing and making that last move to stay alive.
There will be line mile long with buyers waiting hour for their allotment for Glock Mags.

Yep, just saying I wouldn't assume they've updated their policy yet til we get either an announcement from them or a confirmation from somebody that they've actually started shipping them.

If you follow the text of the ruling, that's the conclusion that you're led to.

But when you get to the bottom line, the judge only invalidated PC 32310. He didn't touch PC 32390.

I understand that but 32310 under this ruling would still constitute an illegal taking by the government under the same pretense

I don't see why not, Californians have been buying them in AZ and NV (and presumably leaving them there when they come back to CA, of course) for years. Most LGS's out of state don't care, and won't ask for your ID unless you look like a minor.
