Yes, if you legally own them you can use them.

This law never went in to affect, I've been using mine all along.

Sorry to be ignorant but does is affect only people who were grandfathered in? Or does it mean I can now buy standard capacity mags online or at any local lgs?

My order went through on PSA no ar mags but ar drum was ok lol happy sticks went through

Legal or not a +10 round magazine will still trigger AW classification in some circumstances.

Reminder that this ruling does not effect CA assault weapons laws.

Semi-auto centerfire rifle with a fixed magazine capacity of greater than 10 rounds is an assault weapon. [PC 30515(a)(2)]

Semi-auto pistol with a fixed magazine capacity of greater than 10 rounds is an assault weapon. [PC 30515(a)(5)]

So, don't use your 11+ round magazines in a manner that will create an assault weapon.

At this time the decision is being reviewed by Chuck and his office.
I'd say that until we hear from the legal team that won the case what exactly it covers our best bet is to only assume it pertains to possession not acquisition.

From an interview with Chuck today:
"Chuck Michel, an attorney for the NRA and the California Rifle & Pistol Association, said the judge's latest ruling may go much farther by striking down the entire ban, allowing individuals to legally acquire high-capacity magazines for the first time in nearly two decades.

"We're still digesting the opinion but it appears to us that he struck down both the latest ban on possessing by those who are grandfathered in, but also said that everyone has a right to acquire one," Michel said."

Chuck said 'it appears' not 'it does' which sounds a lot like they want to fully consider the ruling and how it interplay's with existing laws and/or nullifies existing laws before making an absolute statement.

Exactly. WTF? Bump stock ban is a huge loss and very unnerving. VERY UNCONSTITUTIONAL. We should be very concerned about this.
