Thermidorian Reaction . . Prepare for it.We know they are lying, they know they are lying, they know we know they are lying, we know they know we know they are lying, but they are still lying. ~ Solzhenitsyn -
Got to love gun store “news”. I live in Ventura and have my CCW. Last week I was a buyer in a PPT transaction and used my CCW as my proof of address. A gun store employee in LA proceeded to tell me that my CCW was not valid in LA and he knows multiple people who have got in trouble for carrying their gun in LA even though they had a valid CCW. He went out of his way to incorrectly tell me that I was not allowed to carry my concealed handgun, with my valid ID in LA County. So many dumb things about that statement- point is.
Never believe your local gun store.
The store was Guns Direct in Burbank before anyone asks.Comment

would they need a warrant if the person submitted photos of their illegal AW during the registration process?
cause at that point, isn't the crime witnessed? like if cops saw a person buy some crack, then get into their car, they don't need a warrant to arrest you and search your vehicle right then.Originally posted by leelawBecause -ohmigosh- they can add their opinions, too?Originally posted by SoCalSig1911Preppers canceled my order this afternoon because I called them a disgrace... Not ordering from those clowns again.Originally posted by PrepperGunShopTruthfully, we cancelled your order because of your lack of civility and your threats ... What is a problem is when you threaten my customer service team and make demands instead of being civil. Plain and simple just don't be an a**hole (where you told us to shove it).Comment

Well it’s been two months now. Has anyone verified that these searches are going down in Antelope Valley where OP seems to be? If not, the goon squad is off to a slow start I guess...Comment

Yes, they still need a warrant. The photos would simply be used as grounds for obtaining one.would they need a warrant if the person submitted photos of their illegal AW during the registration process?

FUD
If this were happening, we'd know about. It would be all over the gun news,
especially here. NRA, CRPA, Michel & Associates, etc would be on it.California Native

DOJ must've already got the OP!
Last time he logged in was the day he started this thread.
