Since it's into California, it's actually a vertical shaft...because you're ending up in Hell. The red and blue ropes are similar to the red and blue pills. You too can determine your own reality!

The same way it has to do with people purchasing magazines out of state and bringing them in?

So out of state ammo sellers are concerned that a California resident may commit an infraction by buying ammo out of state and bringing it back into California?

And I have never had a retailer ask for ID when purchasing ammo or magazines while out of state.

I was waved through on the 10 Sunday. I've only been stopped when I'm pulling a boat. I do notice that everyone with a box truck or trailer get pulled to the side for a quick look in the back.

Again most places don’t care because they’re just trying to make a buck but some out of state FFLs get paranoid when dealing with CA

The point is WHY SHOULD THEY CARE? It is not against any law for a vendor, say in Nevada, to sell ammunition or magazines to a California resident that is in Nevada. Whatever the point is that you think you are making, it is not being made.
