I think more people need to do this. The benefits for just a small initial costs give you ALOT of Advantages that some just don't get! Including being able to safely be exempt from importing ammo! But to still get shipped ammo, why bother driving to vegas! lol just got 3 people here at work to do it after I showed them that places like SGAmmo , Midway and Targetsports all sent me ammo after 1/1/2018 direct to my house! lol

Why don't you all chip in and buy a house/condo somewhere in the LV area and send all your Internet ammo orders to it. Have the neighbors take it in for you. Then once every other week or so have one of you drive there and bring it all back. After seeing a few shows, etc. I'm sure you can find a cheapy place.

Yes it is different. But it doesn't mean that it would prevent rabid leftists from filing a tax payer funded frivolous lawsuit like they did with Exile. I don't think it's too far fetched to believe that just the mere threat of this could cause some retailers to start asking for ID. FUD and ignorance of Ca complex gun laws also exasperates the problem.

I also seem to recall members here reporting that they were ID'd when buying mags in Vegas gun stores when they were suspected of being from Ca.

heading home from a long weekend in Vegas, I got nervous approaching the new CHP site.. I keestered as much as I could and jettisoned the rest.. third cup of coffee trying to get that last round.. still having second thoughts about the law, might just turn it all in to local PD in the morning..
