When the Boston bombing happened. Was people able to say no you're not searching my house when they were searching houses? Or did everyone just say go ahead and search?

Natural disaster, Unnatural disaster. Disaster is disaster. My guess is California would use an unnatural disaster and probably be who was behind it.

Brooooo I've seen most guardsmen and reservists. Most of them can't shoot or know how to properly maintain their weapons. Trust me I'm not scared lol 😂

Well Done Sir. I'm dumfounded by how many US Citizens today think that the US Revolutionary War started over "taxation without representation".

Oh Hell NO!......THE SHOT HEARD ROUND THE WORLD. Was fired over GUN CONTROL.

Realistically, the vast majority of all gun owners are going to submit and turn in their guns.

I dont see anybody resisting and going down in a firefight with the police, not with the current pro police mentality here.

There's a time when a man needs to stand his ground and protect his home , family and personal property. If the government wants to confiscate my property, i.e.firearms. they can expect resistance and the use of deadly force when
                        Deemed necessary. Let freedom prevail!!

I'm currently in the National Guard and many of us have talked about it internally: We will not do confiscation either. We may risk getting shot by taking on looters, scumbags and ruffians during martial law, but most of us (and all the ones in division I've talked to) are most certainly not going to risk getting shot trying to take guns from people trying to defend themselves and their families. Niether will I risk the 150 or so Soldiers under me doing it either.

Heck...it may very well be one of those people that save my ***** from some dumb s*** that really shouldn't have a gun.

Yes, they did. It is Federal and California passed a similar bill.

Big difference between a natural disaster and a search using "exigent circumstances" for a criminal suspect who clearly showed a continuing danger to the public.
