If you cared to some research, because of the injustices suffered by some due the the unreasonable actions of some LEO's and others, laws were passed to specifically prohibit such actions. California also passed such laws...

In the ensuing years since Katrina there have been numerous natural disasters all around the country, even in Ca... There have also been riots in various cities...

In all those instances there were no firearms seizures or anything like what happened during katrina...

But I guess none of those facts matter.

LEO's do learn from past bad behavior, such as what happened during Katrina...
