He is full of CHIT. He has sent nothing. Request a tracking number. In this day and age of tracking numbers and technology there is ZERO reason to have to "go down there" to see whats going on......

there was once a Calguns member that scammed the Calguns membership, scammed the car forums and most likely all that trusted him elsewhere. this kind of procrastinatory buy-time communication seems very familiar.
