You're just f'ing with them, and you complain that they don't like it and are unhelpful.

Thanks for posting under false pretences.

Interesting on the 10 dollar cap limit, a LGS in town charges a $100.00 to do a PPT, well last year that's what the sign said. Haven't been back in this year.

The reason they're so obnoxious is to avoid doing PPT's.
I keep going to the *** holes just to give 'em a bad time.
        Smart man.

I can understand stores not liking PPT when it's busy but when it's slow, I don't see the problem. The employees get paid to be there whether they just stand there or process paperwork. And like someone else said, it creates foot traffic and an opportunity to sell other items. Not many other retailers can do that.

Just a quick shout out - these guys are awesome. The very best. The standard by which all FFLs should be compared.

No, I didn't. If they complain too much for you, why did you go there for PPTs three times in the last month?

Of course you did. You must have failed reading comprehension in grade school. Hahaha!!!! It is clearly too complicated for you!!!
And you still forgot one point! Why one should go there for ppts anyway, which has been mentioned by others here as well.

                        bad attitude ffl's for ppt

Reed's in Santa Clara is terrible and so is Target Masters in Milpitas. They both do anything they can to prevent a pleasant experience while doing a ppt . Target Masters didn't even want to let my friend take the safety certificate test after telling them he needed it before doing a ppt. He asked them if i can't do the ppt can i atleast take the test. The owner came from the back to tell him that they didn't have time to do ppt's and tests unless he waited a few hours because he had "real customers." Avoid these stores at all costs.

Alamo Pawn in West Covina, got myself and another calgunner in and out within a half hour for two guns. Great experience.

Get Loaded in Grand Terrace are some amazing people. Haven't bought from them yet but they already have my business.

Warrior One has been nothing but helpful. Sure they are a little on the higher side but they are also down the street from my work. Good people who just happen to be part of a culture that gets crap. Also, I am sorry you old farts don't like Dre.

Went to Ades off chapman past the orange circle per the buyer of my rifles request. The lady who owns it was a real wicked witch of the west. We got there a little bit after opening, I think only 1 customer in there who was already done. All the employees were sitting around with thier thumbs up thier a**. One guy was eating Mexican food, another guy was sweeping the carpet. Owner was reading people's magazine catching up on celeb gossip. She went off how they are far too busy to do it and it will be 2 hours before they could do it for me and sent me away to another local shop a mile away. Ended up coming back saying we will wait due to the other shop the guy who ran the gun section was out for the day with some health issues. The owner and some younger guy complained the entire time about how they make no money on it and it's so time consuming blah blah blah. We were in and outa there within 10 mins

I was actually going to buy an m1a from them, but not after the way they treated us. I posted about my experience here once when someone's asked about ppt experiences, and she PMed me and totally went off on me with like 20 excuses why they don't wanna do PPTs.

I will never step foot in that place ever again.

Link? I generally like Ade's but I put them on my ban list for about 1.5 years because her dad played PPT games and refusals with me. I have spent thousands there. But I happily drove past them to their local competitors to spent my money during that time.

I have given them a time out before but not due to PPT they had an employee I disliked so much I refused to shop there while he was still employed there I even told her that. Read Ade's Yelp reviews they are entertaining.
