Well i just didn't want the risk of running into problems later down the road.

I bought the eotech expecting it to work all the time every time not "sometimes".

And i haven't received my check yet. Eotech received my 516 back in Jan 7th.

Sent to them Dec 22
They sent email for receiving it Jan 15 actual signed for it Dec 29th.
Check delivered Feb 16.

Just got my check today and deposited it this afternoon...approved on Jan 15th

Sounds like about a month between approval and payment is the norm

Now to see if Amazon has lowed the price on the new Holosun

I found out today that LA County Sheriff's dept is removing all eotechs from their ARs and returning them all to Eotech for a refund as well.

I found the email saying that they received it on the 15th. So maybe in the next few days I'll get the check.

I got my check today.

Finally got my checks. It arrived 2/12 and it was left on my desk. I didn't get them until tonight 2/16.

I sent my EOtech's in very early on. My claim number 89, 90, 91, 92.


12/3/15 refund request has been received and approved.
12/4/15 mailed out all 4 EOtech
12/7/15 all 4 EOtech arrived at facility signed by worker
1/4/16 We are working on refunds and will process them as soon as possible
1/15/16 says product received by email
2/12/16 checks arrived

12-28-15: Filled out the online RMA form.
12-30-15: Got my RMA request form EOTech.
01-02-16: Mailed my EOTech back.
01-07-16: EOTech received the packaged.
01-15-16: Received email from EOTech refund is being issued.
02-17-16: Still waiting on refund.

I called today, and they told me i should have it within the next 2 weeks.....

Never received an confirmation email that my eotech was received.

I called eotech 15 minutes ago and it looks like my check is being processed.
