I was starting to get worried because I sent mine in December and didn't get a received email or anything. I called and got the exact response everyone else got. Call Back in a couple of week, if I didn't get my refund yet. Luckily I already purchased my ACOG and didn't wait for this lol

Applied for refund 2/2 and received RMA approval 2/9. I plan on sending back in the next few days and will post progress on here.

Yeah, they're only still available on amazon, brownells, skdtac, opticsplanet, etc. I only went through the first google page.

Tried to order through a few of those that claimed "in stock", but when you actually went to pay, they were back-ordered. Optics Planet, Brownells, Midway, Officer Store, and at least one other we're all the same way. That was two weeks ago.
Midway finally got some in, so I ordered a bunch more for co-workers. The next day, they were out of stock again.

I'm thinking you're right. I received the approval a couple weeks ago, but waited for my Aimpoint PRO to show up and confirmation that checks had been sent to ship mine back. Shipped it on Tuesday and it was received today and signed for by A. Alvarado. Hopefully this puts me in the front of the next wave.

My Eotech 516 never gave me a problem. (Born Oct. 2014)

With a heavy heart gonna be filing out the Return request form Ill be sad to see it go.

My 516 never gave me a problem and this particular one with the 7mm raiser holds its zero even after a few times of taking it off and putting back on.

I tried Aimpoint but I didnt like it. Maybe ill go with PWS idk... I hope Eotech gets their s*** together and be back better than ever.

Then why don't you keep it? You will return it because everyone else is?
