What he said. If I lived in Texas for example I would not feel compelled to have more than a years worth of ammo. No crazy anti gun law makers there.

In this stupid state with the laws that will eventually pass restricting sales of ammo, a CA gun owner is a fool not to buy as much ammo money allows.

No Hoarding here just a avid collector of 22.

I do not shoot it all that much either due to I reload for all my other calibers but once in a while I will take the 10/22 out to get the dust out of the barrel.

I don't shoot as much as I want to anymore (the cost of having kids), but I can't pass up on ammo when it's priced right. But I don't go out of my way to buy for the sake of buying. If it's cheap I'll pick up a case, and that goes for any caliber I shoot.

I have no issues with hoarders/preppers.
I take issue with the @#@#!! who hoard in order to flip and make 20 bucks.
I don't go scavenging to Walmart-Big5-turners anymore.. I do it all online.
I pay a tad bit more, but I don't waste my time (hours upon hours) hoping to get lucky and buy a pack of 525 or three 100-round cci packs.
