I recently tried to purchase 3 500 count Blazer bricks from cabelas in 1 day. When all 3 went through I called them was nice and respectable, and they said the would cancel 2 and only ship 1. So when I checked today they shipped 2. The customer service lady I spoke to was very nice she shipped 2 to me

Be polite about it though. My cousin said they are still getting customer service phone reps up to speed.
If they still dont get it ask them to put a note on your account file so you can at least get a backorder on them when you call next time. Probably get free shipping on it when they see the mistake the previous rep made.
