Exactly. So here is the dilemma: We can take steps to limit the problem, or stop helping each other out at all.

When this was a true "ammo finds" page, we used to share links and occasionally get something. But since the "links" have been discovered, there hasn't been .22lr listed on cabelas in months. I've checked. Everyone is buying it before it even gets listed.

The cat might be out of the bag, but lets at least close the door to the house.

I really don't understand why people think a calguns registration is going to help anything. Registering just takes a moment and is free. It just takes one guy with a burner account to move anything interesting to Facebook. You're just kidding yourselves if you think it's going to change anything.

Harder to find through google, extra steps needed to get information, not visible for nonmembers. What the problem is?

I know what happened. If the purpose of the thread can no longer be fulfilled, it shouldn't be here.

"We are rebuilding them". LOL. A) this ain't rocket science; B) why rebuild them...so you can post what you and you only purchased 20 minutes ago before it went OOS?

Just an idea, but if you are looking for a forum that will keep out most of the Facebook kiddies, how about moving it to the Calguns Contributors forum? Become a contributor (not expensive) do some good for Calguns, and restrict access to your links. Problem solved.

Been here awhile back and was able to get some ammo and grateful for that, I see there has been a few changes.
