How do you get it so fast when it shows in stock on gander? Is there some secret way to monitor the page that I don't know about?

There's no secret way that I know of. Just load up each product page and spam the refresh button.

They usually repeat usually release stuff M to Th at 8pm or 9pm PST.

CCI Stingers are hyper velocity rounds (1640 FPS). Many manufacturers say not to use them in your semi auto firearms (Ruger MKII/III, 10/22, etc). People shoot them anyways and I know some have seen damage while others report no issue.

Some people find them less accurate than match ammo or even quality bulk.

A lot depends on your needs, how it works in your gun(s), and personal experience. Personally I only use Hyper Velocity in my Kimber 82G. For the price I'd rather use CCI mini mags, sub sonics, etc in the bulk of my .22's.

$0.25 is pricey. You can get these on Gander for $7.99 for a 50 rd sleeve. $0.16 per rd.
