In general you are correct in that you should check the manual to determine if any firearm will take the pressure. But even if they can take the pressure which isn't that much more some springs might need changing. But in this case the Henry .22LR receiver is the same as the .22WMR and .17HMR receivers and can handle the pressure. They are also lever actions and not semi-autos.
My guess would be any .22LR firearm built in the last 30 years would handle the hyper-velocity. Sometimes the casing is longer like in the Stinger and some target barrels won't chamber them.
