Hey guys, just a heads up. Midway is processing 1 of my backorders this morning.

Winchester M22's 2,000rds

Im only guessing but maybe theyll have them avail today. Or maybe all they got in will be goin to the BO list they've got built up.

Anyway, if you like keep an eye on them and maybe get lucky.

They have backorders backed up on that stuff for a very long time. I got 2k M22 BO from them about 4-5 weeks ago maybe, they were not the recall stuff either. Hopefully you get the non recall stuff too

I read somewhere that the recall stuff was pretty much all shipped last year in April.

That sounds about right. No way are you going to get recall shipments right now. Nothing is sitting in inventory long enough for that to happen. Recalls take time to ID, investigate and issue.

I placed mine about that same time. My original date was 3/20 IIRC.

This guy is the Cabela's Online Control Keeper. He is wiping all our Cabela's accounts and banning our IPAs.

He manages "The List" of anyone suspected of double-dipping, using auto-fill cart links, or using his/her wife/husband as a second order.

He does not sleep; he does not eat; he does not even drink the free camouflaged 5-hour energy drinks.

He just cancels orders.

I put my orders in Oct 25th/Nov 10th ish. I have Win 555, M22, CCI 36gr, CCI 40gr. Im not home so I dont know what day I ordered what but thatll give you an idea.

18 bricks of AR Tactical shipped today that I ordered on Tuesday. That's all I've had ship in a couple weeks. I have a couple bricks of "Swamp People" in process/backordered. Last 2 Blazer orders got cancelled. Oddly, when there was a glitch in the Matrix and the entire cart of .22lt was made it through checkout, that order is still in process and every item is in backorder. That was a $670 order placed on the 14th. I'm curious that they haven't cancelled it yet...there is a pretty eclectic bunch of ammo in there.

I realize I am a newbie here, but the guidelines given to me when I joined this forum seemed to make perfect sense and I didn't at all see them as in place only to make sure my Big C orders weren't canceled. To me the most important part of all of the guidelines are to keep this really good thing going as long as possible. So in short, I would think the smaller the wormhole is the longer it will likely stay open. Anyway, just my 2 cents.

I placed an order of 2 on one account. Got scared and placed an order of only 1 on a 2nd account, and then said screw it and placed an order of 15 on that same account. I was never too keen on paying close to a dime/round on the AR-Tacticals doing them one at a time. 5400 @ .08/round is much more palatable.

They still say limit one, so I'm not sure if the fact you can add/ship multiples is a fluke or they genuinely don't care on these. Not sure why they would treat these any differently that other types of .22, so I'm siding on fluke.

the AR Tactical from cabelas are arriving damaged. They are not doing a good job packing it. i have had a few with broken sleeves inside and ammo everywhere. Luckily i had some empty super x sliders I was able to use. There were about a dozen bent casings in one box but it still shoots fine.

I'd love to buy a Heritage for $129, but not legal here in MN. There's a law against "low quality" alloys in guns that will melt below 800 degrees. What are the odds of firing a single action .22 fast enough to heat it to 800 degrees? Ironic that a gun is legal in CA and not MN.

MN has better standards. Ha Minneapolis native here, Chanhassen too.
