I ordered some stuff today from PSA and threw in a few boxes of $13.99 S&B .45 acp. Nice price for brass cased. I didn't see any rimfire in the sale area.

sorry, i thought the Oregon and no tax part would had clarified it was not in california. I was up in Oregon this week fishing on the Snake River and went into their walmart to buy a fishing license and saw the ammo, Rural walmarts do not have the buying pressures like the major metropolitan area ones that get ransacked so quickly. when i went ack there a few days later the clerk told me they normally sit on the shelf for a day or so then sell out.

The walmarts where i live sell out the first few minutes but not up there.

we have 2 walmarts here in salinas and this week one of em got in zero 22 and the other got 333 and or 325 round boxes of 22 on 3 seperate days. they got a total of 4 cases in.

I just bought 300 rds of CCI 22 short for 9.99 per box of 100. Its the best price I have seen on short this year. I couldn't believe my eyes when they let me buy 3 boxes. I feel like I got a deal

Drove up to Sacramento to see my dad today, and stopped by the Walmart in Dixon, since it's right off the freeway exit. Spotted 8 boxes of this stuff, so I snagged 3. That was around 2:00 P.M. Mixed reviews online, but a few on Midway seem to claim good accuracy. I'll try out a box, and put the other two in my collection. $8.37 per sleeve before tax, or about 9 cents after tax, so not a bargain. If it shoots well, I'll keep an eye out for more in the future; but only if they are close to MiniMags in performance.

Dick's sporting goods has the Golden Bullet buckets on sale right now, $79. The one in Pleasant Hill sold 9 cases in just over 2 hours, probably all gone by now. Only had about 4 buckets left around 11:30 this morning.

I can tell you that Winchester is no where near the quality of CCI..

My experience with the Winchester is it is crap at best..Maybe it will work good for you..I simply will not even buy it again.
