why would you need 1000 rounds of the same caliber for each gun of the same caliber? Makes no sense to me. You have 22 hands? You plan on selling each with 1000 rounds each sale?

The Zombie Apocalypse. What else. When all my friend come over I can arm then and give them a lot of ammo.
I was just saying that the guy I was talking to was saying that you should not have more then 1000 rounds of 22 ammo for each gun.
With all the other ammo I have, I don't have room for 50,000 rounds of 22 ammo.
I try to keep 3,000 rounds of ammo of each caliber I have other then 22lr. Before the 22 ammo shortage, I used to shoot 1000 to 2000 rounds a month. Now days I'm down to shooting about 500.
I remember when a 550 bulk pack of Fed. was selling for $89 and people were buying it like crazy.

9/23/2013 Cabelas had FEDERAL CHAMPION 22LR 2100RD AMMO CAN for 99.99. (112.94 shipped) Right in the middle of the worst 22 ammo shortage I have ever been through. I think that sale lasted 2.1 seconds.
They've had it a few times since then but I wasn't able to get in on it. I still have it too
It takes a lot of balls to play golf the way I do.

22 what 22, when WM starts to have it on shelf again regularly then it will be better IMO.
Online prices are not always that great with shipping costs, & if by some chance it a fair deal, it's OOS in seconds not hrs, so there you go, it's not really improving.Comment

walked into one of our 2 walmarts today at 11 oclock and i got 2 one thousand round boxes of winchester m22 and one 500 round brick of remington thunderbolts. they also had cci mini mags hollow points. our other walmart had nothing new.Comment

I'm surprised how many people rely on Wal-Mart, etc. to look for ammo. With so many deals online through links such like ammoengine.com, there's practically no need to search at brick & mortar shops. I ordered almost 2k rounds of .22lr this week at 7 cents a round. Did the same last month before we went shooting as well.

Turner's Torrance had 100ct golden bullets and bulk box federal on the shelf today.
That is the first time I've seen it on their shelf in years.
