Hey Tom, you know I'll help ya if you need it...just text it to me.

Take a look at this site, imageshack.com. it makes it real easy to store and post pictures. It does cost about $18.00 a year.

Edit: Epic fail! Crap.

If the photo is resident on your PC, start a "Message", select "Go Advanced", then select "Manage Attachments". Then a screen pops up so you can upload the picture. Select "Browse" and you can navigate to the picture then double click on it. There are size limits (I forget what that is) but it will take several seconds to upload.

Once finished, "Submit Reply" and it will show up as an attachment. If you want the photo shown in your post, click on the attachment, copy the link shown, edit your post and paste the link. Add [img] in front and [/img] at the end and "Submit Reply".

Tom, the can says "rifle powder" .... but nowadays 2400 is sold as pistol powder. (I mostly use 2400 for .357 and 45 LC for my lever gun ammo)

Is it pretty much the same powder that Alliant sells these days.?

Yep, pretty much the same Mark. You're right; old can says rifle powder, new bottle say handgun powder. Guess they saw the light there. Good stuff that 2400.
And I'm still having issues posting a pic. To heck with it for now, college football gonna be on in a bit.

I'm an Imgur guy. Free and works easy.



Pork chops for the Blackstone. I resize all pics to 1500 on the long axis and then put em on Imgur. Click on the pic ya want. It come up with a series of codes on the right. Copy the BB code and paste here. If I can do it really anyone can.

Went out dove hunting on the opener.
No dove were flying.
It was more like quail hunting, the dove were on the ground feeding and they didn't like it when we got near them. Usually they flew too far to go after them.

We did see some deer (all does), pigs and elk.
Didn't get any pictures of the bigger group of elk, which numbered around 25.

Liking this cooler weather right now, sooo, took the lever rifles out of the safe and wiped them down. Know what that is leading up to, right?

I hear ya Tom. The weather has been real nice.

I had to pony up $1000.00 to our vet on Wednesday.The grandkids were out back playing with the puppy and some how she cut her head open just above the left eye. Give me a couple weeks to build up my fun money account.

Ouch! Yeah, take care of the pooch. We'll get out there. Starting today, I'm watch my son's two dogs for a few days. Loading up some .38 spl. These dogs think its food I'm handling. Geez!

We just adopted a new pup from a rescue - a 4 mo old Labradoodle. He is a big clumsy goof. He seems pretty smart, though. Already sleeping quietly in the kennel in our bedroom, though he sometimes wakes up earlier than I would like. His feet are huge. Dad is a standard poodle and mom is a chocolate Lab.

I just spent $1200 on maintenance for my truck.
