You can roll the dice as to how you please, but I would say that if any FFL heard you say that they would feel obligated to deny the sale.

After the most recent ruling, the BAFTE reiterated that all FFLs are acting agents of the BAFTE and should deny any illegal activity or be held criminally liable.

Even if a person buys two and sells one....that is an occasional sale. One can always decide to thin out the collection or change of mind in the number of firearms a person wants. No laws are broken for making a profit if other party is willing to pay at asking price.

On topic-5" PPQM2. The grip feels much smaller and much more comfortable than the P30s or the VP9. The trigger and reset is probably the best out of the box striker fired pistol trigger I have ever felt.

PPQ by far. Yo should see how many jaws drop when I talk bad about the infamous VP9. Too many people are holding it up as Gods Pistol, it's meh.

I'm with Baboosh on this one. We've had both in the shop, and I've had the opportunity to shoot both with a friend. I like the extra length on the HK grip, but in my opinion nothing else about the gun stacks up to the PPQ.

There is no limit to the number of firearms you can purchase, however you can only DROS dealer sales (take possession) once every 30 days. PPT do not have this limit.

Lets get back on topic. Imo the ppq is superior vs a vp9 in everything asides from recoil impulse, build quality (vp9 feels overbuilt), and ergo (close but vp9 grip is amazing)
