I was told that 10 rounders were made available recently and that they started shipping those models out today or sometime this week. Should check back with them to see.

.45 SDP?

Nearly everything I've read seems to indicate that they will be selling 9mm only for a little while but I ran across this and they seem to be shooting an SDP in .45:


I tried contacting Kriss/Sphinx but haven't heard a word - did anyone get a whisper as to whether the .45 version exists or not?

I spoke with one of the KRISS reps at the Turner's event a few weekends ago and he said that they will be releasing .40 s&w and .45acp once all of their 9mm variants finish being released into the US. So probably a year or more away from anything other than 9mm.

I spoke with Mike at lunch today when I was DROS'ing a gun. Asked him about the Sphinx, he said that Sphinx has charged his credit card, and has provided a shipping/tracking number, but didn't say how many were shipped. He'll find out tomorrow, and will be able to divide the # of guns shipped by how much he was charged. He said to call him tomorrow afternoon & he'll be able to give me more info.

OC Armory got 2 in, I got 1 of them, Mike said the other one is spoken for. I paid for it already, but can't dros till 7/17, since I just dros'd a gun yesterday. His prices are competitive to if you're to buy it on gb & pay for sse.

Good luck with that. Been searching for a 3000 for years. I've had Gunbroker set-up to email me when one is listed for sale, I've received 1 notification in the past 2 years. It was a nice used one selling for $4,500.00.

They last sold new 3000 models in the US in 2011. The lower model was just over $3,000 new and the tactical model was over $4,000 new. They are now out of production even in Europe.
