yes it's one of my 3 on my ccw.

It is my favourite to hold in my collection and second only to the CZ 75 Shadow to shoot. I imagine if I'd gotten the Standard, Full-size or Production model, it'd be my clear #1.

I agree. I wouldnt even consider buying one in the basic black. The two tone, green or sand are really nice though.

I'll be buying one just as soon as I move to Texas. Can't come soon enough.

I think you will like it. I got to handle one of the newer "green" guns and its a nice finish and very unique color.

Although I like the looks of the newer colors a bit more I am happy with mine and that its just a bit more rare.

Yes and no... Yes, I'm so pleased and impressed with the Sphinx that I'm glad I bought 2 of them. No, because it makes me feel like I've wasted money on so many other pistols. It also sucks that I won't be able to by future models/calibers.

I need a CCW holster for the SDP compact for hot weather use. Any recommendations? I've never carried before and think IWB prints less? I'm thinking 4 o'clock with a light shirt over it.

So far, I see:

1. G-code INCOG
2. KT Mech. I missed the boat on the group buy, and I don't see SDP listed on their website.
3. Versa-Max. I'm leaning away from leather because it'll soak up sweat and keep it next to the gun...
4. Blade Tech OWB. I'm leaning away from this because of OWB.
