Your harem is pretty stacked with nice heavy hitters. One has to be THAT one....

Any thoughts on the 97B ? Looking for one but really hard to find. I have a SP-01 9mm and it's my favorite handgun . Once you get your first CZ , all others seem second rate. Value, quality, accuracy, and reliability are hard to beat.

So, CZ experts, if I want to put one in my hand and check out the trigger, what bay area shop (east bay preferably) has a full selection I can see? I want to check out the Rami, the p01 and the sp01.

From my experience, Triple A's in Vallejo seems to have a good selection of CZs. The last CZ I bought in Feb (my 6th one), was a 75B SA from them. I promptly converted it to a short dust cover 75 shadow as a backup match gun.

Fool...once you wrap your hand around a 97B and shoot around 500 through it, you will wish you bought one years ago.

I got one from the new batch that came into the state this year. The trigger is much better than my stock sp01 trigger. Hardly and I mean hardly
any creep at all in SA. I have skinny med hands pending glove mfg. Fit is pretty good for a large frame gun, similar to long DA pull found on a m9. Very accurate out of the box.

Unless you wear small gloves, buy one! Aside from the sp01, it might be up there is the top 5 guns under $700 msrp...its worth the hunt!

One word...Gorgeous!!! I have one they are beautiful guns and it's pretty sweet to find a sub $800 pistol with a barrel bushing...it is a beast of a gun though you just feel more manly holding it lol...joking aside its a wonderful pistol very accurate, reliable and recoil is not like any .45 I shot because of weight, size and well the way CZ's recoil due to their low bore axis

I would suggest shooting a CZ97 before buying one if possible.

I like my 97 very much and it works great for me but the depth of the grip is to much for some folks. Most metal framed CZ pistols are similar in the grip portion of the frame, the CZ97 is different.

Oh and if you don't already own a CZ you probably shouldn't buy one....The gun addiction alone is bad enough then I found CZ lol

I really like the feel. It fits well into my hand. Good quality and weight. They sure eject cases some distance. I was spraying the person next to me at the range.

The only thing I don't like are the sights. They are small and were green in color. I painted the rear black and front yellow but still hard to see. Still enjoy shooting it though. Plan to keep for good.

Hope to pickup the SP 01 some day. Does anyone know what the "improved manufacturing technology" means on the SP 01 ?
Change out the sights, not hard to do yourself.

Correction, shouldn't hold one. I was at the LGS this weekend for PPT, sure enough a P-01 in the case. Held it, fondled it, took a step back and told myself to sleep on it. Problem is, I didnt get any sleep and now I have to drop by tomorrow to start the 40 day clock. Bastard.

They have a lasting effect.... I'm still waiting to finish paying off my p01. It will be my first non full sizer. Crazy it was a few bucks cheaper than the Rami I was checking out too
