If in doubt, please contact Kellie -- that's the whole reason she's available to us -- to answer questions and concerns.
Not everybody has both. Solano is only issuing the paper permit as of about June 14. If you renew or add a handgun, your laminated card will be turned in.
What we were asking/talking about was the language on the back of the paper permit that states "Should the holder of this permit come to your attention of being in violation of any law, please confiscate this permit and return it to SOLANO COUNTY SHERIFF"

Not sure about the rate but i can vouch, he helped me out. His class is highly recommend by me. He will educate you on the process and give you all the knowledge you need to get your CCW in Solano County. DO IT!

Sorry, my info is from April -- I have that language on the paper portion. Again, I think it's prudent to check with Kellie.

The BRC seminar will be helpful if you've otherwise got a clean background and some thing to work with to build a compelling GC. Those are my words (not his), since Solano is still Liberal May Issue and not quite Shall Issue.

If you have some ideas but aren't sure if they're a big deal, go to the seminar. It will help you with the frame of mind for positioning your good cause statement.

What the seminar can't/won't do is get you through the process if you have things in your history which would otherwise trip you up. A lot of the complaints I read about online for rejections always seem to come back to something in the poster's past. While I don't think there is a definitive list (outside of what's on the permit applications itself), you can probably be your own judge about your prior law enforcement contacts and how serious they are. If you have that, don't expect the seminar to teach you how to get around it.

But, it may help you understand how big of an issue your history is/may be, and will give you an idea of where others going through the process are coming from and what they're dealing with.

I wonder if Center Mass was able to find a buyer.

I didn't even know it was closing until I went in to browse. I was wondering what Dave was going to do.

I was there looking for something last week. I too was sorry to see what was going on. When I asked, he said he wasn't positive yet, but hoped they would reopen by 15 Nov. But that was not confirmed.

No idea why. I didn't care for the curly headed guy but the others were really nice. I like drooling at AAA to. It's not that far and the new store doesn't make you feel like you're in-processing prison.

I'm with the rest of you in supporting Dave in whatever endeavors he chooses. Will miss the CM owners since they're very supportive of CGN & the rest of the 2A groups...
