I was just wondering if anyone has gotten approval to add a third gun to their CCW yet? The sheriff was going to ok a third gun June 3

Well I just scheduled an APPT with Kellie to turn in the paperwork to add my 3rd gun.

FYI:
The permit that has you fingerprint that is made of paper IS your state permit. The plastic card is just a courtesy card supplied by Solano county. As of now until new equipment is purchased by the county the plastic card only shows 2 pistols. Your state paper permit will show 3.

Thanks for the info. I maintain the software that prints our membership cards at work so I can't imagine having to get new equipment to print 3 guns. It should be a matter of someone adjusting the file/software/template to fit 3 guns worth of info. Their current machine already prints edge to edge on both sides.

Hi All,

I submitted my 3rd weapon application at the beginning of June. Still working it's way through the process. It is just short of 1-month from date of submittal. The office must be really swamped these days.

When did they start the "appointments only" for all submittals? I dropped mine off without an appointment.

How far out are the appointments after you make one?

Congrats Cagerone! I know you been anxious, glad it all worked out for you. I apologize for not being around. I just returned from Japan, still trying to adjust from the jet lag! The tradition is to carry at Walmart for your first CC. Mine was actually StarBucks!
