Update I called the sheriff office here in San Joaquin my interview papers are done just waiting for supervisor to look over it and approve or deny me...

From the submission of application to picking up your permit, expect to wait 12 months. You may get it sooner, but don't hold your breath.

Hello All,
Can anyone recommend a CCW instructor that will provide private lessons for 1-2 people? This would be for Initial 16 hr CCW qualification for San Joaquin.
