A good shoot is a good shoot. A reasonable amount of alcohol in your system is not going to change that.
Your permit is not required in your home, so there would be no legal violation in drinking and carrying in your home.

As long as it was a good, clean, justified shooting, I would not be overly concerned about prosecution, particularly in this county.
