There is a 4-hour class for renewal.
Used to be held at the HQ, but I've been hearing that they are also doing them at some of the field offices.

If you want to change any of your guns, you will be given a range card to take to Devore for qualification separate from the renewal class. These seem to be done on week days rather than weekends.

Has anyone from the class on 1-14 at the Sheriffs range received their cards yet? 2 weeks now, I'm leaving town tomorrow night and was hoping to have it by now.

Carrie told me her interviewer wasn't Diaz, I just went and looked at her livescan paperwork and it was a a guy who's name started with "P". Hard to read for sure but it looks like Perez perhaps, although he looked like a white guy FWIW and was pretty big if I remember right.

Anybody else have him? She interviewed 9/7 the same as me, she hasn't been called either.

I read your post and bolted out of the house. (Without M.O. of course) When I get down there I'm told I was called 5 days ago. ?? Nothing in my incoming log and nothing in caller ID. I have the number saved as CCW. OK, whatever, yeehaw, got mine. Perfect timing as I am leaving on a road trip to Northern CA. tonight. Pretty good time on issuing too, 8 business days after my range day.

Haha yea I have heard that before that's why I just went down there my issue date was one day after my range so 15 Jan. Lol picked it up yesterday they never said if they tried to call me tough
