Look at the form. http://oag.ca.gov/sites/all/files/ag.../BCIA_8016.pdf

See the section labeled "Applicant information"? Focus on that. Answer what you can. Since the "employer" info is in another section outside of "Applicant" one might surmise it has nothing to do with the applicant.

I know this is exciting, but read the form.

That's the county Live scan will take CC sign on the window at the Hurley even that said they will.
