Is SSD still doing Live Scans "in-house" or are you supposed to go elsewhere to get them done?

My Mom has her initial appt this week.

They're all "in house", with three locations, one of which is at the Hurley Office:

Since last time I believe they do it in 3 different places that you can chose and yes one of them is "in the house".

When I call the livescan number it says it is still pending FBI and DOJ review.
