Does anyone know what qualifies as proof of residence? As a result of the corona nonsense I moved back home with my parents while I'm in college, but luckily for me they pay all the utility bills and whatnot and I just give them rent as cash. Can I use my vehicle registration as proof of residency similar to how you can when filling out a weapon DROS?

Utility bill (electrical) and car registration was enough in my case. All have to have your name, of course, and an address in Riverside county.
One thing you can't beat Commiefornians at are the reloads.

That sucks, sorry bud. Hopefully they'll decide to go back to phone interviews like they did at the beginning of covid.

Quick question on renewals (for those that have done it)....
Pay during renewal app process or at pick up of new permit.
