    Hello everybody. I scheduled myself for an 8 hour CCW class and plan to use my Glock 19. What holster are we suppose to use: a concealed carry or OWB holster?

      It kinda depends on where you take your class. I took mine at RISR, and no holster was required.

      I believe the RSO website said that BCTC requires an OWB holster,
      that covers the trigger guard and has some kind of (thumb break/safety strap) retention device.
      Then said He unto them...
      "and he that hath no 1911 designed by my servant John Moses Browning,
      let him sell his garment and buy one."
      And they said, "Lord, behold, here are two Glocks."
      And He said unto them, "Meh, it's a good start."

      Luke 22:36-38 (somewhat paraphrased)

          This was the list of required items needed for my 8hr Initial CCW course. Was a third party company closer to me & not related to Ben Clark but hope it helps ya.
          We also did not draw or present from any holster when at the range qualifying. In my class, the holster was simply to transport firearm from classroom to range or while waiting your turn to shoot. Some had OWB, most had IWB but a couple people had no holster at all & that was fine.

                $122 Online Application Submission
                $10 Live.com (price may vary depending on where you go)
                $15-$20 Passport photo
                $82 Final Payment due upon Approval
                *****************
                $229 minimum without Training/Qualification

                =================
                Of course approval doesn't happen without Training/Qualification so....
                $100+ Training/Qualifications depending on who you go through
                =================

                This also doesn't take in consideration any gear you'll need to purchase for the class if you don't have it; like a holster.

                    I was told to dress professional or business casual. I wore slacks and a button up long sleeve dress shirt....no tie.

                    But that's how I dress at work so it was normal for me.

                          Yes; I was very surprised it only took 9 business days (Assuming they don't work on Saturdays).

                          How long did your modification take?

                            Total 33 business days from submittal to approval. If you include the weekend days it was 47 from submittal to approval.
