I applied late december 2021. Still no interview call. What can I do? Im scared they lost my app. I did money order so no way to tell. pm me

LASD didn't loose it, but they are extremely disorganized so don't panic. They were all over the place with calling for interviews before Bruen be thankful you didn't apply afterwards. They start calling Apps from December, but you will see folks from October and November still getting Interview calls, so patience is the word. If you look back, there are folks who applied in August that have already been issued, meanwhile there are May, June and July still waiting to be issued.

sorry don't blame me for talking stupid but is there any chance LAPD LASD and other depts can be sued for dragging their feet on this issuance? like literally do we have to wait a few years to use our constitutional rights?

Look at this- For new applicants, the LAPD total fee amount is $268. HA! is it just me or is that theft .

The sad part is there is no Pentium Software so it will be just as unorganized as LASD's, but at a higher price tag.

Understandable, especially since the process is so inconsistent and different with each applicant.

Based on your time line you are still at least a month ahead of me based on livescan. I cleared 8/8. But I dont think my app went in until 11/21.

Just did my interview with a very nice deputy. Went over the questions on my app, asked me why I want a ccw, that’s pretty much it. She gave me my livescan form, and I went directly to a place to have it done. I tried looking through this thread, but couldn’t find a clear answer. Just want to make sure I don’t have to submit anything else, take a copy to the sheriffs dept of the livescan doc that was signed by the person who did it for me etc. Essentially, i’m on stand by, correct?
