I think the obvious answer here is that you should overshare. Doesn't matter if it was 20 years ago. If they find something and you didn't disclose it, it looks far worse...

I'm not sure just what you are suggesting. Let's say you got an expired registration ticket 10 years ago. Where are you going to share that; in the section for tickets in the last 5 years or in the section for arrests?

I would suggest it does not belong in either, and there are those who would suggest that putting it in a section it does not belong reflects negatively on you because you can't follow simple directions.

I recall you are early May. Given that you dropped it off at a local station which delayed you because of inter office mail speed I would consider you a late May app. They cashed your check so they obviously have your app. You should be getting your call within a month.
