Does anyone know what the process is once all three aspects of your livescan are compete (FBI, CA, & Firearms)?

Does the DOJ send a hard file to the LASD? What happened after that?

Does the DOJ send a hard file to the LASD? What happened after that?

Some are sent snail mail and some are emailed. Once they receive it they will either send you a denial letter or an email to go ahead with training. Expect to wait 1-2 months.

My application was delivered on 4/21, and as you see from my signature that interview was quite recent Give it time, don't overstress over it

Many CCW classes mainly focus on the legal issue and restrictions, NOT on actual shooting/tactics skills. I suggest take a CCW class from the LASD listing and take additional classes on the actual CCW shooting/tactics separately to enhance your skill level.

I am offering a free 2 hours CCW carry shooting/tactics class on 09/27/21. This class is filled, but I will schedule another class in October too. So if you want a free class, try the October class.

It's because you haven't been posting on this thread 10 times a day.

The more you post, the higher the likely hood you get a call.

I'm here 24/7 and got two CCW Permits from LASD.

I did it with my buddy Scotty Druyun. He owns Apex Firearms Training. He used to manage the Firing Line range in Northridge before they closed that location during the Covid shutdown. He used to run all their training classes. He started his own business when they closed. He trains out of Sylmar.
