Just had my interview this morning, went well. He said to proceed with live scan and training since there is a LONG wait. I asked if there are any forms and he said no....maybe misunderstood me. When I checked my local live scan website they said to bring the request forms. Does anyone have a copy of the forms or are they online? They do list some "common" forms like "Firearms record review" ORI code AB165.
Deputy mentioned there are only 5 of them and they are getting upwards of 500 applications per week now. If I can avoid bothering him for forms that are readily available I'd prefer that.

I just found another form online..." CONCEALED WEAPON LICENSE" ORI code CA0190000. Is this the one?

yes eventually found it...I was just confused since i recall people being handed a form as well. thanks!
