For sure. Been shooting a lot lately. I'm occupying myself waiting for the call with pew pew.

I've shot 3 matches already this month. Shooting 2 matches this weekend.

Also hitting the range as usual. Training but also having fun wasting primers.

I want to say it's the camera that added the weight but I'd be lying. Actually started lifting again about 2 weeks ago and eating right again. I'm beginning to look like brother which is not something I want. LOL

Mine thanked me for not "skipping steps" but there wasn't any implication that it would harm eligibility. Assuming you know your background checks will come back clean, I think doing the training early makes sense if you don't mind a gap of being in limbo. I am not so sure it matters for the livescan since there will be a gap between the interview and the next step no matter what.

I was asked for further documentation a month after my interview, I had already sent in the training certificates pre-emptively. I am hoping that the next step for me is the pickup date and they are just processing that I did the training. I almost wish I didn't do the training early just to get confirmation to do the training (which means it's LIKELY to get issued). It's the not knowing in limbo that really sucks. If that cost an additional month of time, I prefer to take that than NOT KNOWING what the hell is going on with my application lol.
