Thanks man, so they're asking for employment verification, on lasd required docs it doesn't mention that's one of the requirements? What's up with that? Also I'm a business owner so what's acceptable proof of employment if any other business owners have been thru similar situation. TIA

Thanks for the reply, I emailed them to ask about that bo response yet. If you don't mind you think next time you talk to your pops your be able to find out if that was all he needed to satisfy that requirement. I'd much appreciate that bro. Going to interview on Friday. Hopefully they email me with better instructions. If not I'll just take bank statement and business license and tax return I guess to be safe 🤷

Right on I appreciate the feedback, didn't know lasd turned into the IRS when it comes to exercising your rights, I'm gonna let crpa and fpc know about this requirement not good for the poor folks or anyone else.

Brother, as a business owner, you will need to provide: 1. Articles of Incorporation; 2. CA stmt of information; 3 LLC anual report if applicable; 4. LLC Articles of Oragnization if applicable; 5. Annual Business license renewal if applicable; 6. Bank Statment(s) at least last fiscal year to date.

When our corporate ceo and owner filed for his application, his documentation was more than three inches thick. His was relatively fast once the IA realized that he was a legit business owner.

It was when he did his interview; just application when he initially submitted. My thinking is business owner with legitimate risk is a priority since he submitted way after I did and everystep was way behind me and yet he was issued his permit a month before I was. Keep in mind that all these were submitted pre- Bruen so good cause then was of utmost importance hence the voluminous documentation; circumstances might have changed after Bruen since GC was not a decisive requirement anymore. Either that, or just pure luck of the draw.

You submit your application first, then wait to be contacted for an interview, which is anywhere from 6-10 months out from what people are saying on this forum for LASD.
