Not sure, but my call came in as "Scam Likely" and location said unknown. The phone number also shows as +000000000.

As a coincidence, I also received a call from the Utah CCW unit so I can send them a copy of my drivers license. Not sure if I missed sending a copy or if it was accidentally lost. They (Utah CCW Unit) did mention it takes up to 60 days after your check is cashed for everything to be processes. Just an FYI for those applying for their non-resident Utah CCW.

Smart move on applying for your Utah permit to go with your California permit.....apply for Arizona and Florida too..if you haven't done so already..

About to take the firearms portion of my ccw process at Burbank. What should I expect for those that took the course there? Im qualifying 3 pistols. Also what ccw legal defense insurance is good to protect ourselves in case we actually have to use it to defend ourselves?

it's pretty casual, you will watch 2 videos, chat a bit and take an easy test The shooting part is this, after the written test, You will take a target and your guns into the range lane and fire off of a script. main gun 72 rounds, 24 at 3 yrds, 24 at 5 yrds, 24 at 7 yrds. Second gun is 10 at 5 yrds and 10 at 7 yrds. same for third gun. Cost for that was $195. Make sure to write down your serial #s in advance. (pre print the form) As that will go onto your form, which he enters into the computer.

There is a nice Thread on insurance here somewhere. CCW safe seems to be the one for me.

Thanks, so I will not be drawing from a holster, right? I thought I saw on their website to bring one and a mag carrier.
