While that may be true, remember back in 2018, Riverside Sheriff Sniff was voted out even thought he was issuing, but the CCW process was long and took about 1-1.5 yrs to complete.

Sheriff Bianco ran on the promise of taking a “shall” issue stance and adding more personnel to handle CCWs.

As promised, he did just that and now has about 18,000 issued and is up for re-election with someone who wants to restrict CCWs by using GC as discretion.

As much as I hate to see it, this assessment is probably accurate. For the record, I voted for Bob Lindsey and we all know the results, assuming you still believe we have honest elections here in CA.

I am currently at Firearms: in Progress x9 weeks. Maybe the GC color comes later?
