I just included everything, filled out all the sections the LASD site says you have to fill out (including section 5 and 7), and all three signature boxes within the application.

Yeah. It was a silly question on my part. Better to send it all than risk them rejecting it because it's not complete.

I only added the 3. In all reality, I will probably only ever carry 2 of the 3 guns I listed.

So question, with a CCW, could you have a loaded weapon mounted in your truck, like on a magnet under the steering column or near the center console?

Please don't infer that I would leave the firearm in the truck when I exit. Just merely asking while I'm driving.

I don't know that I would ever even do this. Seems like it would have potential to be seen while I holster and exit. Just trying to understand what the options are.

Doesn’t the gun have to be concealed on your person? If it’s not it has to be in a locked container, no round in chamber and no mag in gun?

The information I provided for the good cause statement couldn't fit onto the space they provide on the application. I typed up a separate sheet of paper and wrote see attached in the number that box on the application. Everything was mailed in together.

If they determine that you won't be getting approved before the interview, they'll probably just send you a rejection letter.
