FSC systems is responsive off and on and but it won't seem to generate the pdf files for printing.

DROS seems to be flaky still too.

Anybody been able to talk to a human at DOJ?

I managed to get a live person, poor lady. Yes, I felt sorry for someone at the DOJ..... all she could verify is that the system is down, does not know when it will be back. Any pending cards ready for printing are available for 24 hrs. Does not help us as we close in 45 minutes and are closed tomorrow. Lost a sale today, although they have promised to return to complete it next week.

Yep, DON'T DO IT!

I called the public number on the 30th to ask where my username and password are and .............. A LIVE PERSON ANSWERED on the second ring! I was shocked. He ended up giving me the right number to call and, are you ready for this?, a live person answered BEFORE I heard it ring. I should have gone into town and bought a lottery ticket right then. Anyway, the general public would just waste their time instead of letting them help those who actually need help.
