Personally, I don't think it matters whether the people are known or not. If there is no proof or admission that all the money had not been paid, then the firearm needs to be released. You might want to wait a bit to allow for proof, such as from a remote seller saying that a check bounced or that a credit card charge was denied.Kemasa.
