I'm sorry knucklehead (the name does have a ring to it) but your interpretation of what is ethical is not a generally accepted one. I am not some automaton here to do the bidding of whoever shows up. If you didn't understand my post, then you have an issue I can't help you with. You could cry, stomp your feet, roll around on the ground if it makes you feel better, but you would not get the firearm. Make a big enough show, and you may even get a chauffeur driven ride in a black and white mini-limo.

As I said, everyone gets a refund...that means seller gets his money, buyer gets his money, I'm out $25 bucks and that's the end of it.

No sir, that would not be okay...

However, I would not put myself in that position.

Let's all say something about the screen name. It fits My comments right. Haha. yea I doubt I would get a ride in a mini limo. Yea I would kick my feet an do all of that. You sir are right. It doesn't matter about the refund. It's the point of you would get involved in a deal you had nothing to do with on the money part. But if you feel the need to get involved then ok. I'll leave it at that. I'm done here.

                      so
all i gotta do, is go 'tell' the ffl, that the other guy didnt pay up, and I get my gun back, no proof needed

unless i missed the part of proof shown
thats just wrong. legal or not, its wrong

I dont think its right to hold the gun hostage either,
no need to threaten me with being arrested, I've already called the police. and guess who might be getting the ride in a black/white.
day 10, i'm there to pick up MY gun. if your calling someone, you should be calling DOJ to report a possible unlawful transaction, and have me investigated.
I get a ride for in a black/white for that, I'm thinking I might own a new gun store.

                              That's what I was thinking...lol

Look, for all those who don't agree...I guess you're entitled to your opinion. But don't twist what I said to start a flame fest. I did NOT say "all you gotta do is tell me you want your gun back and I'll cancel the deal". Far from it. In order for the gun to leave my premises, either the seller is getting the remainder of what's owed, or he's giving the buyer his money back and I give the buyer back his $35 and we call it a day. I didn't fall off the turnip truck yesterday, so there is no deal either way unless I have both the buyer and seller in front of me and they agree on what's going to happen.

As I said, everyone is entitled to there opinion...no matter how wrong it is.

Oh, and as to "owning a new gun shop"? That's the first time i've ever heard that...really. Also, the whole police thing? Act up enough at the shop and you'll get the ride...tell them I'm holding your gun and they'll tell you to sue me...lol

                                That is evident.

Any thought about confirming satisfactory payment before entering the PPT info? I have never had a counter person, or Halifax, seem to give it a thought.
