Unable to deliver guns

i picked up today on day 14 my two buddies did one each 3 days before me and are still pending. so it is definitely a crap shoot.

The one I just picked up on Day 17 was done on 4/17. The other one that took 13 days was done at the beginning of this mess at 3/26. The 3/26 was for a shotgun and the 4/17 was a handgun.

Day 31

Got switched to undetermined. Turdners doesn't deliver on undetermined so I will be getting my refund minus DROS fees. They tried to give me some bull**** that refunds over $150 has to be by corporate check and it'll take a week, then when I asked if this was stated on any of the papers they had me sign they told me to come down to the store and they'll "try" to put it back on my debit card..

SCREW TURNERS. NEVER DOING BUSINESS WITH THEM AGAIN.

UPDATE: Day 31, FINALLY released on "undetermined" after being "delayed" on day 16.

First time buyer, seems like I got one of the last NIB Austrian Glock 19 Gen 3's that are not going for over market.

Just released two that were 4 & 5 days "over". After reading some of the previous messages I'm wondering if there are certain people who work the DROS system that are assigned to specific areas. You folks down south seem to be having a longer wait time than those of us up north. Curious...
