BTW, I got the same stupid stock response. I have to wonder if they are actually working on it or just wasting people's time by saying to keep checking on the status and to contact them in 24 hours if they fail to deal with it by then. The sad thing is that they typically can get away with this type of abuse.

Make sure that you get a screenshot of the information so that you can prove that you can't deliver the firearm after the time period. Include the current date/time. Evidence is likely to be needed, otherwise they will just claim that it didn't happen.

Was it marked delayed or still listed as pending? The one I am trying to deliver just says pending, even though it is after the time.

The three this morning all let me deliver the guns including the one @ 1:19, since then all my DROS state Pending.

I sent home 5 people startng at 4/4/2020 2pm earliest. and still not approved.

As of 9:11pm I still cannot release any customer from 3:17pm or later today.

Yes, I was able to deliver a DROS that was started on 03/20/2020, today.

Yes. Starting from transaction date 3/25. Not all though. Starting from as early as 2pm according to socal dave. Those statuses are not changing from pending to approved once the earliest delivery time elapses.

The strange thing about this is that in court regarding gun background checks, it was noted that 80% of background checks are auto approved.

Auto Approved != Auto Release

E.g., maybe these were "approved", but some human has to do something for us to see the "Deliver" button.

I’m not advocating this (don’t wanna be the test case) but since they were not put on delay, do we have an obligation to deliver the gun after the full 240 hours has passed regardless of DOJs system? They are required by law to approve, deny or delay (up to 30 days)

I thought about that.., but unsure of the implications.. I'll follow-up with them on Monday perhaps if this is STILL not resolved and ask if I can start doing that.
