        need a little help, not sure where to post. tried to do a search to see if info was already on here.
        I inadvertently let my COE expire. I understand that i have to apply all over again like the 1st time.
        Is this considered new or renewal then?
        Is there a way to provide my expired COE number or is that moot?

            I think it depends on how long it has been expired. Go to the CFARS website and see if you can renew it.

                Targetsportsusa.com just emailed that they will no longer ship to FFL03 + COE holders. Laxammo is still in the air. Awaiting CA DOJ.

                1/14/2022 CA and FBI Cleared
                2/12/2022 Firearms cleared

                4/27/2022 Pickup!!

                            There's been few other posts regarding the TargetSport. It's a shame but guess it's gonna lean to that way.

                            Now I am wondering all the others are not shipping to us.

                                    Started April 15th.
                                    Received COE in less than 24 hours.
                                    FFL 03 app received by ATF on 4/18, CC charged same day.
                                    FFL 03 received at my home on 6/26/19.

                                            Anybody from OC who have applied for FFL 03 that knows the office address of Sheriff Don Barnes? OCSD website and google seem not that useful this time.
