FFL 3 - ANY ONE?

I renewed my 03FFL with ATF recently, it took less than 2 weeks from the time I mailed the renewal to having the new one in hand.

What is the charging agency for our debit cards for the FFL03? I look up BATFE for a charge and see nothing. Submitted the app 12/27/19 and got the COE in 3 days but havent heard anything since.

My credit card was charged with "FIREARMS&EXPLOSIVES SE", the charge appeared just a few days after I sent in my application.

Checking in, got mine yesterday, mailed out the app on the 17th of jan, payment processed soon after and got it in the mail on the 19th. Really surprised how fast they are now.

You should probably call ATF and see if you can get any info from them, but from what I've read from other threads you only get charged if you've been approved. However, its possible that you made a mistake when filling in your payment info. I believe the ATF should contact you if you've made mistakes on the application or have missing info. I doubt it will hurt to resubmit your app.

Sent mine Dec 26 and just finally got my $30 fee cleared today. Looking up for me finally

thanks for your suggestion to call. them. It was just sitting on someones desk for over 60 days. When I called they had mentioned the check needed a phone number written on the front of it. So i gave the cell # to them and now it cleared the next day.

Did the scan and COE and mailed the application on 2/28. Can't figured out how to load my DL to the COE.
