The correct thing to do is move over for faster traffic so you don't make the pass you on the right. Take your holier than thou attitude over a few lanes so faster traffic can more safely pass.

I have lived in Houston, Dallas, Pittsburg, and drove in Denver traffic for 10 years.
I have made the long drive all the way across Texas several times and have never seen someone pulled over. I guess I should now assume that traffic laws are not enforced in Texas.

You might want to read Vehicle Code 21654 before you start driving again, because you are NOT following the law

"Notwithstanding the prima facie speed limits, any vehicle proceeding upon a highway at a speed less than the normal speed of traffic moving in the same direction at such time shall be driven in the right-hand lane for traffic or as close as practicable to the right-hand edge or curb, except when overtaking and passing another vehicle proceeding in the same direction or when preparing for a left turn at an intersection or into a private road or driveway."

Such a strict law abiding citizen blatantly ignoring the speed limit by driving 5 MPH over...

FP really needs to let the OP out of The Basement for a little while. Yea, it can be fun there but, 6 years straight is a bit much.

He withdrew the question.lol WTH did he expect was going to happen? He came to LEO section and posted what he posted. Lol

I see drivers constantly being pulled over by the CHP. Great bunch of guys dedicated to make our highways safer. And they do a lot more than that. Carry on boys.

Also seem pretty good at playing the victim.

Just as a side note I've been pulled over a total of 4 time's in the last 40 years, once in a marked patrol car going to training in Clovis. Three of those stops were by CHP.
